About The Role:
As a CBRE Real Estate Manager (Healthcare Services), you will assist with managing the staff responsible for all functional aspects of a single property or portfolio of medical properties for a client.
What You'll Do:
Act as a landlord or seller agent and tenant or buyer agent to successfully negotiate the business terms and conditions while abiding by Stark and Anti-Kickback Statute.
Solicit competitive bids from contractors for Tenant Improvement Allowances. Present recommendations and budget proposals to clients for approval.
Respond to tenant needs and ensure that administrative and technical staff resolve problems promptly.
Ensure property condition issues are corrected through timely submission of work order requests.
Conduct regular property inspections and submit work orders.
Assist clients to market and lease the available space in the property.
Supply high level financial reports to clients.
Implement real estate plans with an understanding of strategic real estate goals. Assist with project initiation and scope definition, prioritization of assignments, and adherence to clients' priorities, commitments, and landmarks.
Coordinate sales through a field broker. This includes lease negotiations, amendments, and expirations.
Locate and acquire new properties to meet the client's requirements and timeline.
Closely monitor transaction and project activity. Record all savings results achieved on behalf of clients. Prepare reports and make presentations to relevant parties.
Maintain a real estate project tracking system to ensure timely transaction completion.
Improve and change existing methods, processes, and standards within the job field. Understand and recognize the broader impact across the department.
Lead by example and model behaviors that are consistent with CBRE RISE values. Influence parties of shared interests to reach an agreement.
Apply knowledge of own subject area and how this integrates throughout to achieve team and departmental objectives.
Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve issues which may or may not be evident in existing systems and processes.
What You'll Need:

Bachelor's Degree preferred with 3-5 years of related experience. In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered. Real Estate License required. CPM or RPA professional designation or candidacy preferred.
In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.
Strong math skills. Ability to calculate difficult figures such as percentages, fractions, and other financial-related calculations. Requires advanced knowledge of financial terms and principles and ability to conduct financial analysis.
Ability to guide the exchange of critical, complicated, and difficult information, convey performance expectations and handle problems.
Leadership skills to empower team impact on quality, efficiency, and effectiveness of the department.
Extensive interpersonal skills with an inquisitive mentality.
