Actalent Sanitation Technician in Bear Creek, Wisconsin
Description:
The sanitation technician is responsible for the cleaning and sanitizing of production equipment. The sanitation technician must perform these responsibilities safely, efficiently, and with professional standards.
Maintain cleanliness, sanitation and upkeep of production equipment
Efficiently disassemble and reassemble production equipment for proper cleaning
Awareness to the chemical properties and proper use of cleaning solutions
Completes necessary reports, logs, and documentation related to job responsibilities
Skills:
GMP, Sanitizing, Sanitation, Food safety, Production, General labor, Haccp
Additional Skills & Qualifications:
Sanitation
HACCP (hazard analysis critical control point)
GMP (good manufacturing practice)
Perform tasks in highly disruptive environment
Work with minimal supervision
Ability to lift 50 lbs
Working overtime as needed
Strong written and oral communication skills
Be able to perform work within exact standards and tolerances
Assembly/disassembly of machines and equipment
