Key Responsibilities

  • Administrative Duties: Handle administrative tasks such as issuing invoices and collecting money, ensuring smooth financial operations.

  • Sales Commercial Tasks: Perform sales commercial tasks, including contract negotiation and contract management, reflecting the lean nature of our organization.

  • Risk Taker: Identify, evaluate, and assess risks and opportunities, develop strategies, and implement response activities. You'll take full responsibility for managing all commercial risks and opportunities, ensuring project success.

  • Contract & Claim Management: Partner with the Project Manager to establish a robust contract and claim management system within the project. Your cooperation with the assigned contract manager will be critical.

  • Client Whisperer: Actively engage with customer commercial representatives to resolve issues and maintain strong client relationships. Your communication skills will make a significant impact on project success.

  • Financial Wizard: Collaborate with the Project Manager to manage financial results in line with established targets. Optimize project gross profit, cash flow, and assets while leveraging financing instruments to drive success.

  • Financial Planning & Execution: Oversee the financial planning, execution, and completion of projects within the BU, ensuring alignment with targets. Manage budgets, timelines, and resources while focusing on profitability, risk, and cash management.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field.

  • Proven experience in commercial project management.

  • Strong financial acumen and compliance expertise.

  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

  • Leadership and team management capabilities.

  • Ability to take calculated risks and drive success.
