About the team:
This position is for the Talent Management division within EightFold. Talent Management is a suite of products that enables large organisations in transitioning to being skill based organisations that prioritise employee skills, adaptability and continuous learning over rigid structures and siloed departments. The team applies ML tech to the problem space of managing careers, and is involved in creating category-first products that are defining how organisations will get structured in the near-future.
What you'll do:
Responsible for crafting engaging and intuitive user interfaces that delight our users.
Developing responsive and user-friendly applications using React and/or React Native.
You will be optimizing applications for maximum speed, scalability and accessibility.
You will work closely with the product, design and backend engineering teams to bring designs to life and ensure seamless integration with backend systems.
What we need:
1 to 3 years of work experience with strong CS fundamentals.
Proficiency in either React.js and/or React Native, with previous work experience in a professional setting in one of these two technologies.
Willingness and ability to pick the other technology in case of lack of work experience.
Experience with frontend build tools and package managers (Webpack, npm)
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
(Optional) Experience with responsive design and mobile-web hybrid development
