The System Administrator is responsible for the first point of contact for Solution Architects, reacts to issues and proactively anticipates customer challenges, helps the customer to get the best value they can from the software continuously, and will be located in Bangalore.

In this role, a typical day will look like:

• The first point of contact when the Solution Architect calls for support.

• Receive incoming support calls or emails from Solution Architects, understand the requirements, prioritize, and take actions to address the concerns by working as a team with engineers promptly.

• Keep the Solution Architects informed and updated as you progress in their requests.

• Be part of a customer-centric team of experts, looking after Subject Matter Experts to enterprise customers

• React to issues and proactively anticipate customer challenges.

• Help the customer to continuously get the best value they can from the software.

The essential requirements of the job include:

• 3-5 years of experience as a Web Application Administrator or in a similar role.

• A degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred.

• Proficiency in understanding and managing Content Management Systems (CMS), or similar platforms.

• Candidates with a good understanding of web technologies, including JavaScript, REST APIs, and SQL queries are preferred.

• Strong problem-solving abilities to diagnose and resolve web application issues effectively.

• Clear and concise verbal and written communication skills to provide updates to customers and stakeholders.
