About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Financial Planning & Analysis Expert to join our finance team. You will be responsible for financial planning, analysing, reporting and being the financial business partner of our Global Advanced Engineering team. You will work closely with the engineering leaders and teams as well with finance teams in Europe and North America to ensure financial transparency and meeting our financial targets
Your Responsibilities
• Finance businesspartner for projectleader and management
• Global reporting and analysis (budget, actuals, variances) – project and functional cost
• Budgeting and reporting of various business-units (p&l and balance sheet)
• Finance contact person for project management tool
• Participate in continous enhancement of controlling tools
• Ad-hoc-analysis
Who we are looking for
FP&A Experience
Your preferred qualifications
• BA or MA in Finance, Business Administration
• 5+ years experience as Financial Analyst or Controller in an international company
• Strong analytical skill and process understanding
• Good communication skills and ability to pro-active contact partners
• Ability to support, influence and collaborate with key stake holders in various countries
• Hands on; solution oriented
• Profund Excel and SAP R/3 skills
