Job Title: Front End Loader Operator
Job Description
The contractor will operate a Front End Loader 80% of the day, loading aggregate products into saddles in the inside loading area. Responsibilities include operating a large forklift (potentially up to 20,000 lbs), performing general maintenance on the machine such as greasing rollers, labeling and packaging products using an RF Scanner, and moving and stacking items in the yard. The role also involves bringing in pallets from outside for laborers to use when stacking. Heavy lifting up to 30 lbs is required. Most of the products handled are concrete building blocks and hardscape items like rocks and bricks. The role is physically demanding with 80% of the time spent outside and 20% inside assisting with mixer cleanup.

Work Environment
The facility is a production/manufacturing environment that produces concrete building blocks. It is loud and dirty due to the product and machines running inside. There is a large yard for product storage. The night shift runs from 3:30 PM to 4:00 AM, Monday to Friday. The pay rate includes a night shift premium and overtime pay. Each team consists of 5 members and fosters a family-oriented, strong culture. The team environment is supportive, safe, and includes appreciation events such as BBQs and catered lunches.
