We are currently seeking an Administrative Assistant in Bakersfield, CA! Responsible for performing various administrative and clerical tasks with excellent customer service skills and computer literate, entering/paying bills in QuickBooks.
Temp to Hire
Monday-Friday
Pay Rate: $21.00/HR
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Must have a valid Driver License
- Modern office practice, procedures, and equipment including computers.
- Record-Keeping
- Word processing, spreadsheet, database, and other related software applications including QuickBooks.
- Basic budgetary principles
ABILITY TO:
- Deal with conceptual matters.
- Demonstrate excellent problem-solving skills.
- Communicate effectively, verbally and in writing.
- Compose professional letters, memos, reports and a variety of internal and external correspondence.
- Organize and maintain office files, records, and logs.
- Work independently.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive documents and information
