We are looking to hire a Clinical Coordinator for our hospital in Baker City, Oregon! This position will be located at our Medical Center (https://www.saintalphonsus.org/location/saint-alphonsus-medical-center-baker-city-1) off the La Grande-Baker Hwy, just below the Elkhorn Mountains.

As a Clinical Coordinator at Saint Alphonsus Health System, you would function as the coordinator of patient flow and throughput. You would also assist in the planning, organizing, coordinating and controlling of activities for the clinical services on assigned shift(s). You would be expected to support the management and clinical activities of the patient care areas of the hospital.

General Requirements:

  • Licensed in the State of Oregon as a Registered Nurse as defined by the Oregon State Board of Nursing.

  • Two years of acute hospital experience required. One year supervisory experience preferred.

Education:

  • BSN (Bachelor's Degree in Nursing) highly preferred.

License Certifications:

  • Basic Life Support for Healthcare providers certification from either AHA, ARC or the Military Training Network is required at hire in all units, unless currently certified in ACLS and/or PALS as defined in the SAHS Certification Crosswalk.

  • Other certifications may be required as identified in the SAHS Certification Crosswalk.
