To conduct research in microbiology. The candidate will identify and characterize antibacterial proteins and their export systems. Develop bacterial export systems for delivery of protein therapeutics. The projects will require work with mice, including the study of infection and treatment models.The candidate will be expected to write grants with the PI to support individual and lab efforts. The candidate will be expected to participate in lab administrative and management work
