The People Planning Operations team designs, implements, and supports workforce strategy and management solutions for Apple Retail. We strive to develop intelligent workforce solutions that empower our teams, elevate the customer experience, and drive Apple’s strategic objectives. We are looking for a Business Analyst to collaborate with the Global Retail Support team in defining, designing, and delivering analysis to support People Planning Operations programs.
Description
Lead data-driven projects and programs focused on enhancing both customer experience and employee satisfaction, while driving operational excellence, strategic innovation, and solution analysis to benefit Apple Retail. You are a positive relationship builder, a natural influencer and facilitator; driven, organized and detail oriented; excel in program and project management; communicate with ease at all levels; thrive in an ambiguous environment; are adept at facilitating actions and resolving conflicts; can lead through relationship-building. Responsibilities: (include up to 4 bullets) Analyze current processes and procedures to seek new efficiencies Develop reporting solutions based on requirements gathered from partners across Retail Operations. Build accurate analysis to identify trends in key focus areas that yield actions to improve the business. Drive and influence operational processes across Apple retail locations through cross-functional support and data analysis. Partner with communication and training teams to craft documentation, training and other engagement materials to support strategies and store performance. Collaboratively partner with Retail Leadership and relevant partners to drive consistent adoption of strategies.
Minimum Qualifications
3+ years experience with workforce management operations or technology across topics such as staffing, scheduling, payroll, absence, leave or related topics.
3+ years of business analyst experience or equivalent
Strong data analysis skills with proven abilities in SQL, Tableau, Python or equivalent programming / analytics solutions.
Proficient in Excel/Numbers, Pages and Keynote applications
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
