Description
The Project Manager (2x) will play a crucial role in supporting the ongoing management and administration of critical systems, applications, networks, cybersecurity, and telecommunications services. This position is essential for enhancing IT practices and mechanisms, ensuring consistent support to end users, and maintaining operational efficiency. Utilizing the IT Service Management (ITSM) framework, specifically ITIL v4 or its latest version, the Project Manager will ensure the delivery of consistent, available, and reliable IT services, rapidly resolving issues and mitigating risks impacting business operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Project Planning and Execution:
Plan, facilitate, and manage activities for a large multi-disciplinary IT support project.
Execute complex IT projects, addressing needs and requirements, and implementing process improvements.
Prepare capital and operating requests.
Liaison and Communication:
Serve as a liaison between business and technical aspects of projects.
Plan project stages and assess business implications for each stage.
Monitor progress to ensure deadlines, standards, and cost targets are met.
Issue Resolution:
Act as the first line to address issues at the lowest level related to project requirements.
Functional Responsibilities:
Plan, initiate, and manage IT projects, serving as a liaison between business and technical aspects.
Assess business implications for each project stage and ensure progress aligns with deadlines, standards, and cost targets.
Apply expertise on multiple complex work assignments, requiring originality and innovation to accomplish tasks.
Perform more independent thinking and difficult tasks compared to Level I, with potential supervisory responsibilities.

Requirements
Educational Requirement:
Bachelor’s degree and/or equivalent experience.
Certifications:
Project Management Institute (PMI) Project Management Professional (PMP).
ITIL 4 Foundation certification.
Experience:
Minimum of four (4) years of progressive experience demonstrating the required proficiency in managing IT projects.
