Insight Global Installation Technician in Augusta, Georgia
Job Description
We are looking for hands-on technicians to support one of the countrys largest security companies on site in the Augusta, GA. area. These techs will be responsible for managing a queue of customer requests and driving from location to location to perform installation work. This person will be expected to climb to certain heights as needed for proper installation of equipment, and use various tools as needed to make sure installations are up to customer specifications and our clients code. Technicians will also be responsible for tracking inventory and equipment properly and reporting back to leadership as necessary. This individual must be comfortable using their personal vehicle to go to and from the customer sites to the shop location and will have onsite training at the start of their employment.

Skills and Requirements
Current valid State Driver's License and reliable transportation to transport necessary tools and equipment
Customer service skills and professionalism over the phone and in person
Familiar with power and hand tools (i.e Screwdrivers, Wire Cutters, and Drills)
Basic understanding of networks and internet (i.e how routers, modems, and mesh points interact and what they are, what is a causes internet lags, etc) Hands-on experience with installation, repair, troubleshooting or set-up of devices (security cameras, alarm systems, Network/WiFi, wires or cabling, phones, tablets, ATMs, printers, etc.)
