Aerotek Concrete General Laborer in Auburn, Washington
Description: General Labor/Finisher
Candidates considering this role will be doing grunt construction general labor. Looking for candidates that know how to use screw gun and tape measure and are okay with heavy lifting consistently entire shift. Will be working with concrete. The ideal candidate in this role will perform a wide range of duties in an industrial manufacturing environment. This individual will be part of a team responsible for safely and efficiently producing precast concrete products of the highest quality standards.
Work Environment: Will not be working outside, will be working in a manufacturing facility working on tilt up concrete. Will also be welding metal bars for the concrete blocks
1st Week Training: 5:00am - 1:30pm Monday - Friday
After it is normal shift, Shift: 7:00am-6:00pm Monday-Friday (Potentially till 7pm)
Location: Auburn, WA
Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 Hourly W/Overtime
After 90 Days on Assignment, will be eligible for pay bump
Responsibilities
Strip and clean concrete forms and products
Prepare steel molds for filling with concrete
Perform basic carpentry skills
Facility maintenance and housekeeping
Other responsibilities may be assigned on a temporary or permanent basis as needed

Skills: Production, Hand tool, Power tool, Forklift, concrete construction, construction, general labor
Additional Skills & Qualifications:
Manufacturing or construction experience preferred
Knowledge of basic math and measurements
Ability to read/write simple instructions and communicate effectively with team members
Ability to lift up to 40 lbs periodically throughout the whole shift
Must be open to overtime
