Summary Applies principles of accounting to analyze financial information and prepare financial reports by performing the following duties:
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
Run cash reports daily & reconcile
Release payables
Monthly scrap report & analysis
Monthly bank reconciliation
Monthly divisional cash sweep
Monthly inter-company note
Prepare monthly journal entries for and input into BAAN
Verify balances for accuracy
Verify Auburn Hills entries for accuracy
General ledger month end schedules
Month end reporting: fixed asset and AR over 90
Quarter end reporting and board package preparation
Prepare monthly schedules for payroll audit requirements
BAAN month end checklist upload balance into Hyperion
Process accounts payable weekly
Report fixed assets depreciation totals to all Dura Division Controllers monthly
Prepare journal entries monthly
Reconcile fixed assets monthly
Reconcile Medical Mutual Admin Schedule
Reconcile month-end schedules
Assist with various tax returns and projects

Education and/or Experience
