Primary Responsibility:
Sr. Recruiting Specialist is a critical position in support of Americold's continued growth and expansion. In this role, the Talent Partner will be responsible for consulting with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs, developing advanced sourcing strategies to leverage diverse, high caliber candidates, and interviewing candidates to assess their qualifications through a combination of behavioral and competency-based methods.
What You'll Do:
Build strong partnerships with hiring managers to support and develop best-in-class recruiting strategies that attract top talent to Americold Successfully manage full life cycle recruiting for a portfolio of requisitions for professional roles Proficient and proven track record in using LinkedIn, Boolean searches, referrals talent communities and other methods for direct sourcing Build solid pipelines and prospect passive talent by utilizing creative sourcing methods and fostering long-term relationships with candidates Provide a superior experience to candidates and hiring managers Guide hiring managers through critical steps in the talent acquisition process and ensure adherence to Americold standards and policies Ability to work with a high degree of self-direction and flexibility, especially with respect to taking initiative, prioritizing multiple tasks, and using good judgment to resolve problems Report weekly on recruiting activities
What Experience and Education You Need :
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience 5-8 years of related experience in full cycle recruiting in a professional services environment Experience utilizing CRM/ATS systems as well as Office suite of products Supply Chain/Logistics industry experience preferred

Demonstrated excellence sourcing relevant functional talent with an emphasis on attracting passive candidates Ability to influence/coach hiring managers on recruiting process and talent decisions Solid fluency with applicant tracking systems such as CRM/ATS, LinkedIn, social media platforms and Office suite for recruiting The ability to thrive, influence, and communicate within a dynamic, highly matrixed environment and understand the need to be flexible and adaptable Results-driven and highly committed
