Primary Talent Partners Program Leader in Atlanta, Georgia

Primary Talent Partners has a contract opening for a Program Leaderwith our client in Atlanta, GA This is a 12-month contract opening with the potential for extension.

Pay Range: $43- $47 -W2, no PTO or Benefits included

Job Summary:

  • The Infrastructure Program Leader should have overall exposure to enterprise IT and portfolio business knowledge.
  • He/she should be able to define the architecture vision and realization roadmap for an enterprise-scale strategic transformation program.
  • Expected to engage with senior leaders regularly to help shape the strategy.
  • Envisages impact of new trends to innovate new solution areas and create new. Innovates and positions next-generation IT solutions
  • Presents next-generation technology/solution proposition to the client.
  • Provides enterprise architecture strategy in large transformation/outsourcing deals.
  • Leads multi-disciplinary cross-organizational teams to realize the architecture vision of the client. Becomes the trusted, technical advisor for customer line of business, providing thought leadership and application of technology to business problems.
  • Leads team toward next-generation architecture, technology, and solution visioning.
  • Positions oneself as an advisor in own areas of architectural expertise.
  • Provides thought leadership on use of specific application technology for innovation and cost reduction.
  • Assists in identifying cost and process management across common technologies.
  • Assist in lifecycle and innovation management of the common technologies deployed in the enterprise.
  • Provide architecture oversight for critical, large or complex projects.

Qualifications:

  • 15 years in a similar leadership role in an enterprise having a large IT and complex infrastructure
  • Sound process and technical knowledge in establishing and managing data center operations, Application Support, Desktop Engineering, and Infrastructure Engineering.
  • ITIL process knowledge and ability to apply such towards effective IS operating procedure
  • Extensive experience in developing and growing high-performance teams
  • Solid experience in articulating operational successes via SLA, metrics, and other performance reports
  • Experience in service management frameworks and the ability to manage the same in accordance with engagement KPIs
  • Ability to interact with senior executives
  • Proven ability to structure both organizations and services to deliver optimal performance
  • Sound grasp of cost management
  • Ability to articulate complex topics to clients of all levels
  • Solid negotiation skills with 3rd party supplier
  • Demonstrated a sense of commitment toward exceeding customer expectations
  • Quality focus in delivery and deliverables
  • Proven ability to execute across a complex technology landscape
  • Excellent analytical and logical thinking skills
  • Experience driving change in large and complex organizations
  • Experience driving strategic enterprise business solutions
  • Experience leading transformation initiatives
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong commitment to customer service.
  • Liaise with customers to lead enterprise/business solutions
  • Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously to provide solutions/guidance /direction
