Position Summary
The Innovation Learning Laboratory at Morehouse School of Medicine is seeking candidates who are interested in serving as program coordinator to provide administrative support for the development and implementation of HealthTech demonstration projects that generate innovative technology-driven healthcare improvement models linking medical providers, health systems, patients, and communities to fuel teaching and learning for population health improvement. The Training & Technical Assistance Program Coordinator will provide general administrative program support, perform technical assistance for Online Curriculum users, facilitate online training logistics, and manage the Canvas Learning Management System as well as assist with capacity building initiatives for community-based organizations. The Program Coordinator will assist with the organization, promotion, implementation and evaluation of HealthTech and community facing programs.
Minimum Qualifications
Education: Bachelor’s Degree from a regionally accredited college or university is required
Experience:
Minimum of one (1) year of related program coordinator experience
Strong technology abilities and experience with web-based learning platforms systems such as Canvas
Preferred Qualifications
Spanish Fluency is a plus
Experience working in a community-based setting, understanding the underserved community

Job Duties
Description of Job Duty
Responsible for general administration including: scheduling meetings, ordering supplies and handling correspondence
Coordination HealthTech programs, meetings, events, and demonstrations
Responsible for meeting minutes and follow-up for program participants, students, and trainees
Supervise students, trainees, and GRAs, if applicable
Responsible for managing program inventory and material dissemination
Spreadsheet tracking for program participants
Work with program manager to recruit program participants
Scheduling for interviews and focus groups
Coordinate training Program logistics for new program users and groups and provide technical support as needed
Assist with the development, editing, and publishing of new online curriculum modules
Assist with virtual and in-person program facilitation
Maintains Canvas Learning Management System courses from set up to completion
Assist with planning and implementation of community events
Assist with data collection and program evaluation
Establishes and maintains relationships with community partners
Performs other related duties as assigned or requested

It is MSM’s Immunization policy that all Prospective Employees are required to provide proof that they are vaccinated against COVID -19 prior to commencement of employment. If employment will commence during Flu Season, MSM requires all individuals to provide proof that they are vaccinated against Seasonal Influenza for the current Flu Season, unless granted an exemption.
