Insight Global Adobe Sales Director in Atlanta, Georgia

As an Outbound Sales Director, you will play a pivotal role in driving the growth of our customer base. You will be responsible for prospecting and acquiring new clients through outbound sales efforts, with a primary focus on selling our Adobe AEM solutions. Your expertise in software sales and strong communication skills will be instrumental in effectively presenting products, understanding customer needs, and closing deals.

* Conduct outbound prospecting activities to identify and qualify potential customers.

* Initiate sales conversations via phone, email, and other appropriate channels to introduce our AEM solutions and generate interest.

* Understand customer pain points, requirements, and objectives, and articulate how our software solutions can address their specific needs.

* Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers, influencers, and stakeholders within target accounts.

* Effectively handle objections, negotiate pricing, and contract terms, and close sales deals to achieve and exceed individual and team targets.

* Collaborate with internal teams including marketing, customer success, and product development to ensure a seamless sales process and exceptional customer experience.

Base Salary will range between $140,000-$150,000 with total compensation package dependent on the experience level of the candidate.

Skills and Requirements

5 years of sales experience working with a SaaS tool.

Strong understanding of the SaaS sales cycles, with the ability to navigate complex sales processes and close deals.

2 years of Adobe/AEM experience.

Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools for managing opportunities.

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

Working knowledge of AEM Sites, Adobe Analytics and/or Target, and AEP

Experience selling Adobe AEM as an Adobe Partner.

Must be located near a local office - Atlanta, Chicago, Detroit, Kansas City, Philadelphia. * Understanding of web development.
