Job Title: Quality Assurance Supervisor
Job Description
A Lead Quality Inspector ensures product integrity and regulatory compliance during manufacturing processes and final production stages, working closely with production teams to maintain GMP standards.
Responsibilities
Perform quality inspections throughout receiving, in-process, and final production stages.
Execute in-process quality checks during critical manufacturing stages.
Monitor critical control points and the environment in the production process.
Verify equipment cleaning and sanitization procedures.
Train and provide guidance to quality inspection team members.
Coordinate staff scheduling and daily work assignments.
Ensure adherence to FDA regulations, ISO standards, and company quality assurance program.
Participate in internal and external audits.
Maintain and update standard operating procedures.
Monitor and report quality metrics and trends.
Document inspection results and maintain quality control logs.
Review and verify batch production records.
Support investigations for quality deviations and corrective actions.
Ensure proper product sampling and retention procedures.
Verify product packaging and labeling compliance.

Associate or bachelor’s degree in a related scientific field
3-5 years of quality or manufacturing experience in pharmaceutical or related manufacturing

Batch record review experience

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $65000.00 - $70000.00/yr.
