Job Title: Quality Assurance Supervisor

Job Description

A Lead Quality Inspector ensures product integrity and regulatory compliance during manufacturing processes and final production stages, working closely with production teams to maintain GMP standards.

Responsibilities

  • Perform quality inspections throughout receiving, in-process, and final production stages.

  • Execute in-process quality checks during critical manufacturing stages.

  • Monitor critical control points and the environment in the production process.

  • Verify equipment cleaning and sanitization procedures.

  • Train and provide guidance to quality inspection team members.

  • Coordinate staff scheduling and daily work assignments.

  • Ensure adherence to FDA regulations, ISO standards, and company quality assurance program.

  • Participate in internal and external audits.

  • Maintain and update standard operating procedures.

  • Monitor and report quality metrics and trends.

  • Document inspection results and maintain quality control logs.

  • Review and verify batch production records.

  • Support investigations for quality deviations and corrective actions.

  • Ensure proper product sampling and retention procedures.

  • Verify product packaging and labeling compliance.

Essential Skills

Additional Skills & Qualifications

  • Associate or bachelor’s degree in a related scientific field

  • 3-5 years of quality or manufacturing experience in pharmaceutical or related manufacturing

  • Experience with FDA regulations and ISO standards

  • Leadership skills

  • Batch record review experience

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $65000.00 - $70000.00/yr.
