3M is seeking an IT MDM PowerApps Model Driven & Canvas Sr. Lead Developer. This position will be located in Belen, Heredia as part of our Global Service Center in Costa Rica. Job Summary

This position is responsible for all phases of our projects and relationships. You encourage, inspire, consider and collaborate at every level with both colleagues and clients. As a PowerApps Model Driven & Canvas Sr. Lead Developer you have the technical knowhow to design, coordinate and put into practice PowerApps solutions.

Primary Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

• Collaborate with project teams in customizing, developing, integrating, and extending PowerApps Model Driven and Canvas architectures to meet client needs

• Work with technology and design teams to support clients - including providing multiple options for solving architecture/design issues and presenting pros/cons for each

• A detailed professional who knows how Model Driven applications work at an expert level with additional knowledge of Canvas applications

• Adept at crafting Model Driven solutions with the ability to impart your knowledge with colleagues all over the globe

• Your knowhow will find you working in all phases of the Systems Development Life Cycle (SDLC)

• Lynchpin between clients, colleagues, and business partners in delivering solutions. Provides quality customer service, including interacting with customers, answering customer enquiries, and effectively handling customer complaints

• You are an excellent communicator, with strong client management skills, and a real passion for technology

• You enjoy partnering with your clients to develop and lead a technology plan supported by leadership

• You are a self-starter and creative thinker. Answers team member questions, helps with team member problems, and oversees team member work for quality and guideline compliance

• Handles a wide variety of non-routine and difficult inquiries where the solution is not immediately apparent. Most complex problem solving may require developing solutions for complex and diverse issues that may be interrelated, requiring significant interpretation and the use of strong analytical skills. Applies extensive experience and knowledge of related and non-related precedents and policies

• Actively participates in relevant corporate programs/initiatives, complies with professional and quality standards, complies with corporate policies and procedures, and acts in a manner consistent with 3M’s values and ethical standards

  General Qualifications/Experience:

• IT Bachelor’s Degree or higher from an accredited institution.

• Five (5) to eight (8) years of experience in systems design, application development, software engineering, or other related area in a private, public, government, or military environment .

• Four (4) or more years of experience with model-driven app development in Power Apps and Dynamics 365. Should have relevant experience of 3+ years.

• Experience in SQL, Azure components (such as Azure Functions and Azure Data Factory), .Net, plugin development, DevOps or CI/CD pipelines – good to have.

• Working with global and offshore teams to establish and maintain PowerApps technology

• Hands-on experience with PowerApps technical solutions with a focus on Model Driven solutions

• Work experience with Software as a Service (SaaS) and/or Platform as a Service (PaaS) environments

• Experience developing & deploying business applications using Microsoft’s Dynamics Power Platform

• Intermediate to advanced knowledge of relational database concepts

• Experience working with all business users’ levels

• Must be detail oriented, self-directed and have strong independent problem-solving skills

• Ability to multi-task is inherent in the job responsibilities

• Ability to team working is inherent in the job responsibilities

• Strong communication and presentation skills in Spanish and English

• Must be able to travel internationally if needed

  Preferred Qualifications

• Master’s degree or higher from an accredited institution

• Experience working with Healthcare Validated applications
