We have an opportunity for a Maintenance Supervisor to join our Ashland, OH team. You will maintain building operations by directing and facilitating maintenance functions for our Foundry. You will help to improve Safety, Quality, Delivery, and Cost Containment and Cash management in the areas of Equipment & Machine Maintenance, Facility Operations & Building Maintenance You Will: Maintain all major building systems including: electrical, mechanical, HVAC, plumbing, pneumatic, and other building systems Assign and prioritize work for assigned department members Provide project management oversight on process improvements regarding capital projects, monthly expenses, and JDI improvements Develop and sustain a total maintenance system and program by establishing repair and installation policies and procedures Ensure complete safety compliance Evaluate and recommend New Technology/Equipment processes and purchases for cost effective manufacturing Assist the EHS Team in maintaining all regulatory compliance with Federal, State, and Local Legal requirements Assist in company wide growth initiatives Key Qualifications 3+ years maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment Extensive knowledge of building systems Promotes teamwork and collaboration Ability to identify issues and determine repairs that are needed Strong organizational skills Proactive and self-motivate Pentair is an Equal Opportunity Employer Diversity, Equity and Inclusion: With our expanding global presence, cross-cultural insight and competence are essential for our ongoing success.
