Zantech is looking for a talented Management Analyst to support our upcoming work with the Federal Government in Ashburn, VA.
Key Responsibilities:
Support the preparation of draft communications plans for external stakeholders.
Review and improve processes to enhance customer experiences.
Conduct research and provide feedback on customer satisfaction.
Facilitate ongoing customer engagement activities.
Support Customer Relationship Management (CRM) to improve interactions with DHS and other agencies.
Assist in defining, analyzing, tracing, prioritizing, and agreeing on requirements for Enterprise Requirements Management.
Control changes and communicate them to relevant stakeholders.
Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, Communications, or a related field.
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in management analysis, executive administration, or a related field.
Proficiency in CRM tools and enterprise requirements management.
Ability to conduct thorough research and provide actionable insights.
Experience in drafting and implementing communication plans.
Desired Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Certified Management Consultant (CMC)
Project Management Professional (PMP)
Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
Required Security Clearance:
Must pass a National Agency Check with Inquiries (NACI), the minimum investigation required.
