JOB REQUIREMENTS: DIVISION:CorporatePOSITION SUMMARYThe Finance Operations Manager role is responsible for leading other leaders and individual contributors. Their responsibility is to manage the team and services provided to meet or exceed the service level agreements with internal business units. The Finance Operations Manager is responsible for providing their team with training, coaching, and career development. The role will routinely be asked to solve moderate to complex problems arising from internal and/or external customers. This position will be located at our Corporate Office in Appleton, WI. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES performance management, mentoring, and development of leaders Assist with developing parts of the budget and managing costs based on the established budget Develop metrics for team use and perform data analysis to monitor team processes and performance Execute controls and control testing as directed and propose modifications when appropriate Build a high-functioning team to delegate routine tasks and responsibilities Support business strategies by understanding the work and serving as a trusted advisor to build a high level of communication and engagement with business leaders Assist Senior Manager with creating strategic department initiatives and occasionally lead such initiatives.
