Adecco US, Inc. Design Engineer in Antioch, Tennessee

Adecco is seeking a talented and results-oriented Advanced Manufacturing Engineer to join our client's growing team. In this role, you will play a pivotal role in leading our advanced manufacturing group, tackling new design challenges, and implementing cutting-edge automation solutions.

Responsibilities:

  • Partner with the advanced manufacturing group in developing and implementing innovative design solutions for specific projects.

  • Design and create jigs, fixtures, and other tooling to optimize manufacturing processes.

  • Stay abreast of the latest advancements in manufacturing technology and apply them to improve efficiency and productivity.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, production) to ensure seamless integration of design solutions.

  • Identify opportunities for automation within existing manufacturing systems.

  • Design and implement automated solutions (e.g., door automation, electronic access control) to streamline production processes.

  • Develop and maintain technical documentation related to design and automation projects.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a closely related field (prior experience in windows/doors a plus).

  • Minimum 3-10 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.

  • Proven ability to design and develop jigs, fixtures, and other tooling.

  • Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and principles.

  • Experience with automation technologies (e.g., robotics, programmable logic controllers) is a plus.

  • Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills.

  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.

  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality.

Pay Details: $90,000.00 to $110,000.00 per year
