Adecco US, Inc. Design Engineer in Antioch, Tennessee
Adecco is seeking a talented and results-oriented Advanced Manufacturing Engineer to join our client's growing team. In this role, you will play a pivotal role in leading our advanced manufacturing group, tackling new design challenges, and implementing cutting-edge automation solutions.
Responsibilities:
Partner with the advanced manufacturing group in developing and implementing innovative design solutions for specific projects.
Design and create jigs, fixtures, and other tooling to optimize manufacturing processes.
Stay abreast of the latest advancements in manufacturing technology and apply them to improve efficiency and productivity.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, production) to ensure seamless integration of design solutions.
Identify opportunities for automation within existing manufacturing systems.
Design and implement automated solutions (e.g., door automation, electronic access control) to streamline production processes.
Develop and maintain technical documentation related to design and automation projects.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a closely related field (prior experience in windows/doors a plus).
Minimum 3-10 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
Proven ability to design and develop jigs, fixtures, and other tooling.
Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and principles.
Experience with automation technologies (e.g., robotics, programmable logic controllers) is a plus.
Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality.

Pay Details: $90,000.00 to $110,000.00 per year
