We are seeking a Training Specialist II with the skills outlined below:

  • Design, develop and conduct training plans and curriculum, provide classroom support, and present training materials to a large audience.
  • Perform and provide guidance to staff involved with systems and equipment training.
  • Analyze training problems to identify training needs.
  • Evaluate training outcomes and revise materials based on student and customer feedback and operational scenario accuracy.
  • Brief customer personnel while conveying operational concepts.
  • Perform inspections of training programs and personnel to ensure compliance with Government policy.

General Experience:

  • A minimum of nine (9) years of electrical engineering or computer science experience that demonstrates a working knowledge of basic electronics, SIGINT systems, and computer systems. Experience should include designing and developing instructor-led and/or web-based training courses and associated materials, including slides, diagrams, student guides, practical activities, and assessments.
  • A minimum of three (3) years of experience with VHF, UHF, RF theory, radio wave propagation and characteristics, radio equipment and antennas.
  • A minimum of three (3) years of experience with wireless communication technologies such as: GSM, CDMA2000, UMTS, LTE, and WiFi.

Position requires an active TS/SCI with Polygraph level clearance. US citizenship is required.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Communications Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Information Systems, Mathematics, Education, Liberal Arts, or similar degree or equivalent (four years) documented combination of training and experience.

The salary range for this position is based

on

contracted

rates. The position is eligible to

participate

in our discretionary bonus program. Our generous benefits include but are not limited
