We are seeking a Software Tool Engineer II

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Design and implement secure and scalable DNS, DHCO, and IPAM (DDI) solutions using infoblox DDI.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex DDI issues.
• Automate DDI workflows to improve efficiency.
• Provide technical expertise and guidance to internal teams on all aspects of DDI, including iPv4 and IPv6.
• Knowledge of IPv4 and IPv6.
• Stay up to date with the latest Infoblox DDI features and best practices.

Required Qualifications:

• DoD8570-M, IAT Level 1
• Ability to obtain PRIVAC and SYS3
• Experience with DNS, DHCP, IPAM, Load Balancing (F5/DTC)
• Know login management
• Familiar with outages, latency issues, and trouble shooting
• Proven experience designing and implementing DDI solutions
• Experience with load balancing technologies
• Strong understanding of networking concepts, including IPv4 and IPv6
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Experience and scripting and automation tools a plus

Preferred Qualifications:

• DNS experience with an understanding of maintenance of infoblox
• Experience with infoblox trouble tickets
• In-depth knowledge of infoblox DDI (DNS, DHCP, IPAM)

Position requires an active TS/SCI with Polygraph level clearance. US citizenship is required.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or related discipline
• 4 years of additional SWE experience on projects with similar software processes may be substituted for a bachelor's degree
• 7 years' experience as a SWE, in programs and contracts of similar scope is required
