Actalent is hiring for a Manufacturing Engineering Role. The manufacturing engineer will lead, create, and implement innovative technical activities and solutions in the areas of Mass Production, Business Plan and New Model to efficiently meet or exceed Safety, Environment, Quality, Delivery, Cost, and characteristic targets. Responsibilities include effectively communicating to all levels of the organization, reviewing and analyzing reports to identify gaps and develop countermeasures, utilizing data analysis and PDCA for problem-solving, monitoring and managing equipment and processes, developing capability through training and mentoring, establishing priorities based on data analytics, managing project implementation, and testing and implementing new technologies.
Hard Skills
Bachelors Degree in Engineering
PLC Automation Experience
Co-Op Experience in Engineering Manufacturing related or Automation Experience PLC or CNC
Soft Skills
Ability to communicate effectively
Analytical skills
Leadership and mentoring
Decision-making based on data analytics

This is a contract position with a duration of 6 Month(s).
Work Site
This is a fully on-site position in Anna, Ohio.
Work Environment
Manufacturing work environment. 50% desk, 50% on the plant floor. Heavy equipment focus.
