AnMed Health Guest Ambassador II - Guest Relations in Anderson, South Carolina
Provides outstanding customer service to patients, families, fellow employees and other guests at AnMed Health North Campus and AnMed Health Medical Center .
Qualifications: High School Diploma or GED. Two years experience in customer service field or working with the public. Prior employment in a health care facility, hotel or other service-related industry is desirable. Must be efficient in Microsoft Word, typing documents, speaking on phone and utilizing email system.
Must be able to sit, stand and walk for up to eight hours. Must be able to assist patients in and out of vehicles, which may include the use of assistive devices. Must be able to push patients in a wheelchair to their destination. Must be willing to become CPR certified (training provided by department) and administer CPR and/or use AED device if needed.
