Your role and responsibilities
We are seeking a highly skilled and results-driven SAP HANA SCM MM Consultant to join our team for a SAP implementation project with one of IBM’s key clients in the Public Sector. You will work closely with senior client stakeholders to assess business needs, evaluate system readiness, and develop solutions that align with the organization's objectives. Your responsibilities include:
Engaging with senior client stakeholders to determine business needs through consultations, business analysis, and targeted observations
Participating in the design phase of the SAP implementation project, producing detailed Business Blueprints
Evaluating and assessing existing IT infrastructure and provide recommendations for improvements
Developing, configuring, and deploying SAP MM solutions.
Writing scripts and programs to create user-friendly interfaces and enhanced functionalities
Ensuring smooth system integration and addressing any issues that arise
Providing troubleshooting support to optimize SAP performance
Offering end-user training and ongoing SAP system support
Maintaining rigorous documentation of SAP processes and present regular progress reports to stakeholders
Ensuring compliance with relevant industry regulations and standards
Staying up to date with the latest SAP developments, offerings, and system updates
Required technical and professional expertise
At least 4 years' experience as a SAP consultant preferably in SAP MM
Specialization in finance, project management, business administration, or a related field will be advantageous
SAP-accredited certification
At least 4 years' experience as a SAP consultant preferably in SAP MM
Current knowledge of SAP systems, deployment, and integration
Dutch passport and fluent Dutch speaking are required
Willingness to learn and practise MAIF
Debugging skills
Preferred technical and professional experience
Specialization in finance, project management, business administration, or a related field will be advantageous
Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or similar preferred
Excellent organizational and time-management skill
Superb analytical and problem-solving abilities
Great collaboration, interpersonal, and communication skills
