Robert Half Sr. Compensation Analyst - Contract Remote in Alpharetta, Georgia

Description

Robert Half HR Solutions is currently sourcing for a remote contract Sr. Compensation Analyst to support our client located near Alpharetta, Georgia. As part of this role, you will be responsible for handling various tasks related to compensation analytics, job banding, and compensation modeling. This position offers contract employment opportunity for several months, to be further evaluated as the project progresses.

Responsibilities:

• Conducting comprehensive compensation analysis and benchmarking

• Administering compensation and benefits programs

• Overseeing the annual compensation process including merit increases

• Utilizing CRM and HCM systems for compensation administration

• Assisting in budget processes related to compensation

• Managing compensation surveys to ensure competitive compensation plans

• Implementing and maintaining compensation - commissions and compensation - executive programs

• Administering the bonus program and incentive compensation

• Ensuring total compensation plans are in line with company policies and guidelines

• Holding responsibility for compensation modeling and job banding activities

Requirements • A minimum of 10 years of experience in a related role

• Proficiency in using Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software

• Experience with Human Capital Management (HCM) is essential

• Demonstrable experience in managing Bonus Programs

• Familiarity with Budget Processes in a corporate setting

• Proven track record in Compensation Administration

• Expertise in Compensation & Benefits management

• Experience in Compensation - Base is required

• Knowledge of Compensation - Commissions is necessary

• Familiarity with Compensation - Executive is required

• Proven experience in Compensation Analysis

• Proficiency in Compensation Benchmarking

• Experience in conducting Compensation Surveys

• Knowledge of Incentive Compensation is essential

• Understanding of Total Compensation strategies

• Experience in managing Annual Compensation is necessary
