Work closely with other development team members to understand complex product requirements and translate them into software designs. Successfully implement development processes, coding best practices, and code reviews. Keep abreast of new technology developments. Provide direct input to project plans. Understand complex product requirements and translate them into software designs. Develop highly resilient and scalable applications. Mentor more-junior members of the team. Validate innovative solutions with our customers and continuously delight them. Perform other duties as needed. A minimum of a Masters degree (or foreign equivalent) in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field plus 2 years of experience in job offered or related occupations required. In lieu of a Masters degree (or foreign equivalent) in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field and 2 years of experience in job offered or related occupations, employer will accept a Bachelors or foreign equivalent degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field and 5 years of experience in the job offered or related occupations.
