Vatica Health Manager of Field Coordinators in Alpharetta, Georgia

The Manager of Field Coordinators oversees and manages the Field Coordinator team, ensuring the efficient execution of practice workflows and patient engagement strategies. The Manager of Field Coordinators plays a crucial role in enhancing practice operations and driving patient engagement to achieve organizational goals. The Manager is expected to provide strong leadership, including educating and coaching the team to drive overall synergy across all Vatica’s services and ultimately, increase penetration rates.  

Responsibilities: 

  •  Manage and lead the Field Coordinator team, providing guidance, support, and performance feedback.

  • Collaborate with Clinical Operations to strategize and identify ways to improve practice workflows and areas of opportunity.

  • Oversee the coordination of practice reports from the Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system.

  • Ensure accurate organization and reconciliation of patient lists.

  • Supervise the creation and maintenance of scheduling templates for all practices.

  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance practice penetration rates and patient engagement.

  • Develop of daily/weekly/monthly/quarterly/annual reports for internal and external stakeholders 

  • Ensure compliance with all HIPAA Privacy and Security requirements.  

Requirements

  • At least 3 years of management experience,

  • Proven experience with various EMR systems.

  • Strong administrative experience in a provider office or healthcare setting.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office products, with specific expertise in MS Excel.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Strong customer service and problem-solving abilities.

  • Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively.

  • Strong analytical skills to assess and improve practice workflows and patient engagement strategies.

The salary for a position is typically determined by multiple factors such as the individual's qualifications, experience, skills, and location. The projected compensation range for the position may vary based on these factors and could range from $75,000 to $85,000 (annualized USD). However, this estimate represents just one aspect of our total compensation package offered.
