Assist coagulator and filler operation in the sanitation process, disassemble and reassemble equipment. How You Will Make Contributions That Matter * Assist coagulator, filler, knockout and punch operations in sanitation and clean-up process. * Clean up and tear down equipment including pumps, plates, valves, tanks, coagulator tools, de-wheyer, filler, and tracking. * Operate CIP & COP system. * Operate high/scissor lift and electric hand jacks. * Handle and use cleaning chemicals in a safe and efficient manner. * Responsible for maintaining cleanliness in working areas and master sanitation schedules.
