The HR Media Productions Intern supports St. Luke’s network by completing internship projects and assignments through independent work and team-based collaboration. Designed for a student seeking hands-on, integrated work experience with planning and implementing technical projects involving Adobe Creative Cloud and Vyond in support of learning operations.
The intent of this job description is to provide a summary of the major duties and responsibilities of this position and shall not be considered as a detailed description of all the work requirements that may be inherent in the position.
JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Work in collaboration with the Instruction Designers and subject matter experts for development of engaging infographics, images, and video animations.
Support the production of audio recordings utilizing AI text-to-speech applications.
Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas for new projects.
Help manage and organize media assets.
Ensure all media content aligns with our brand guidelines and quality standards.
Communicate frequently and effectively with various project collaborators and supervisor to ensure that goals and objectives are being fulfilled.
Maintains confidentiality of all materials handled within the Network/ Entity as well as the proper release of information.
Complies with Network and departmental policies regarding issues of employee, patient and environmental safety and follows appropriate reporting requirements.
Demonstrates/models the Network’s Service Excellence Standards of Performance in interactions with all customers (internal and external) Demonstrates Performance Improvement in the following areas as appropriate: Clinical Care/Outcomes, Customer/Service Improvement, Operational System/Process, and Safety.

Complies with Network and departmental policies regarding attendance and dress code.
PHYSICAL AND SENSORY REQUIREMENTS:
Sit up to 7 hours per day; 1 hour at a time. Stand for up to 10 hours per day; 8 hours at a time. Walk 6 hours per day; 10 minutes at a time. Consistently lift, carry and push objects up to 10 lbs. Occasionally lift, carry and push objects up to 75 lbs. Transport patients weighing up to 400 lbs. via wheelchair, bed and/or stretcher. Frequently stoop and bend. Frequently reach above should level. Must be able to perceive attributes of an object through touch. Must be able to hear as it relates to normal conversation, and high and low frequencies. Must be able to see as it relates to general, near, far, color and peripheral vision.
EDUCATION:
Open to students enrolled in a two- or four-year college or university or recent graduates. Preference for students pursuing degrees in media productions, instructional design, graphics design or a related degree.
TRAINING AND EXPERIENCE:
Completed twelve credits in online course design, instructional design, and/or multimedia productions, graphics design, or e-learning content development.
WORK SCHEDULE: Day shift, Monday – Friday. Hybrid schedule available with in person and virtual work hours. 20-40 hours a week, flexible start date in spring semester or during summer.
