Leprino Foods Janitor - 2nd Shift ($20.63/hr.) in Allendale, Michigan
Our janitorial team helps to keep the facility looking great! You'll be working with a team of three other people to maintain the cleanliness of our common spaces, offices, and training rooms.
Schedule:2:30pm - 11:00pm
*This position has a 4 week rotating schedule that is set for the entire year. Works 1 of 4 holidays.
Responsibilities:
Remove trash
Transport recycling to designated dumpsters
Clean lunchroom, refrigerator, cubbies, cabinets and counters
Clean all bathrooms, locker areas, training rooms, office areas, and stairs to these areas
Re-organize temp cubbies monthly, sanitizing used PPE
Maintain uniform laundry bins
Dust showcases
Maintain floors
Transfer supplies to janitor closets
Communicate necessary maintenance repairs or replacements
Clean patio twice daily when in use
Perform weekly eye wash station checks
Wash lab coats and employee provided jackets as needed
Handle hazardous waste (bloodborne pathogens) as needed
Update Sanitation Schedule daily
Qualifications:
Able o read and write to understand standard operating procedures
Communicate well with employees verbally and in writing
Must be able to lift 30 lbs. from floor to mid-chest (0" - 39") daily
Must be able to climb stairs hourly
Must be able to support 24/7/365 operation
Must be at least 18 years of age
