Job Description
Join us as a Materials Program Manager, where you will play a pivotal role in designing, optimizing, and implementing cutting-edge supply chain solutions that drive innovation, quality, and efficiency, while shaping the future of Intel's technology roadmap.
As a Materials Program Manager, you will be responsible for but not limited to:
Managing suppliers to execute contractual requirements including supplier performance, cost opportunities, and future operational strategies.
Converting manufacturing and business requirements into actionable strategies and tactics as they relate to inventory health optimization, streamlined reliable services, logistics, and supplier delivery performance.
Coordinating purchasing activities such as generating, managing, and reconciling forecasts and schedules.
Analyzing data to develop and design solutions for complex processes.
Monitoring the acquisition of materials in support of ramping factories, sustaining factories, and dispositioning materials for end-of-life factories.
Managing of commodities by creating predictive analysis techniques and providing business insights through data analytics.
Negotiating with suppliers on material tool delivery, prioritization, and expedites.
Managing internal stakeholder needs against supplier capabilities.
Managing and reconciling payments, warranty remedies, and credits.
Driving and participating in the development of system process improvements and forward looking supply chain solutions across organizational teams.
Qualifications
You must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates. This position is not eligible for Intel immigration sponsorship.
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field of study and/or 3+ years of relevant factory or supply chain industry experience.
3+ years of experience with Data acumen skills: Excel, Power BI (or related), and data proficiency.
Preferred Qualifications:
Master's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field of study with 5+ years of relevant experience.
3+ years of experience with supplier management and negotiation skills.
Advanced Data acumen skills: Power BI (or related), Python/SQL and related, and data proficiency.
Experience with Industry and Supplier Benchmarking.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Experience with LEAN/Six Sigma fundamentals

Annual Salary Range for jobs which could be performed in the US $106,300.00-$150,070.00
*Salary range dependent on a number of factors including location and experience
Working Model
