Job Overview
The Project Manager in the Financing Solutions team unit will have primary responsibility for daily administration of NYSERDA's Green Jobs-Green New York (GJGNY) residential and small commercial revolving loan funds, the Loan Loss Reserve (LLR) Fund, and the Integrated Planning Needs Assessment (IPNA) loans.
Primary Responsibilities
Prepare monthly, semi-annual, and annual loan portfolio characterization and performance reports for distribution to internal management and other interested parties. Flag required actions, ensure report accuracy and timeliness, and drive continuous improvement in the reporting process. Coordinate with loan originator to ensure relevant, reliable data.
Responsible for uploading data to OpenNY platform and ensuring accuracy.
Perform ad-hoc analysis of the portfolio as needed. May include cashflow projections regarding loan repayments relative to payments on asset-backed bonds collateralized by those loans.
Prepare weekly and monthly invoices to NYSERDA’s loan originator and loan servicers.
Effectively and efficiently resolve contractor and customer issues and questions related to their GJGNY loans.
Prepare and file loan satisfactions for certain loans and monitor paid in full loans.
Prepare and file subordination agreements and Attorney General referrals.
Maintain contractor applications, participation agreements and coordinate with loan originator to maintain listing of active contractors.
Maintain Contractor Advance Payment Program including tracking of payments, issuance of demand letters and related tasks.
Monitor and track small commercial revolving loan applications.
Loan collections and the tracking of customer bankruptcies, foreclosures, deaths and preparing appropriate reports.
Manage contracts for loan servicer, title company and other implementation partners.
Prepare and issue solicitations.
Prepare and keep all procedures updated related to all reporting, invoicing, and other recurring tasks under the team’s purview.
Preparation and presentation of webinars to contractors, NYSERDA staff, stakeholders and other interested parties on Residential Financing Program.
Perform other responsibilities as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics or Business.
Five years of relevant experience in data analysis reporting and customer relations.
Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Tools.
Preferred Qualifications
Master’s degree in Finance, Economics or Business with four years of relevant experience in data analysis reporting and customer relations.
Two years of experience with finance or banking principals and operations.
Two years of consumer lending experience.
