Alaant Accounts Receivable Specialist in Albany, New York
Alaant Workforce Solutions is seeking an Accounts Receivable Specialist for a not-for-profit client in the Capital Region. Our client is a not-for-profit organization that assists the disabled community and offers an array of services and commodities.
Hours and Benefits for the Accounts Receivable Specialist:
Monday-Friday, traditional business hours
$19.00/hour
Competitive benefits package:

Responsibilities for the Accounts Receivable Specialist:
Investigate orders, including comparing purchase orders with invoices, tracking shipments, and reviewing customer accounts
Monitor payments and follow up with outstanding balances
Review monthly statements
Document transactions and correspondence with clients regarding orders and payments
Collect payments via phone, ensuring accuracy and privacy
Resolve discrepancies utilizing databases and collaborating with the customer service team
Requirements for the Accounts Receivable Specialist:
High school diploma and 2 years of relevant experience, A.A.S degree or higher a plus!
Excellent attention to detail and customer service skills
