Role overview

Carry out (corrective, breakdown and preventive) maintenance of the molds, based on the technical knowledge and practical insights, structural improvements and remedying the most complex failures. This means to directly contribute to the optimization of the equipment and production process in relation to other disciplines and sustain the performance.Keep abreast of technical developments in own field through literature, technical contacts and industry competition.Support Failure analysis.

Responsibilities

  • Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance

  • Optimize lifecycle of molds parts and reduce cost

  • Improve molds availability and reduce breakdown

  • Advise in maintenance approach and update maintenance plan to ensure quality and customer satisfaction.

  • Raise maintenance request as and when informed about any issue

  • Work within multidisciplinary teams, inform and keep good relations.

Requirements

  • High School Degree completed

  • Considerable experience 2 years as a Precision technician.

  • Knowledge in CNC (programming) and Molding experience (preventive & corrective maintenance)

  • Proficient computer skills (Word, Excel).

  • Onsite

  • Shift

  • From Sunday thru Wednesday From 6:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.

  • From Sunday thru Tuesday From 6:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.

Preferred

  • EHS Basic

  • Customer Service

  • Medical Industry experience
