Waste Connections Customer Service Representative in Ajax, Ontario
Waste Connections of Canada, a leader in the waste management industry, is currently seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team in Ajax. We provide comprehensive waste management services to residential, commercial, and industrial customers across Canada. As a Customer Service Representative, you will play a key role in ensuring our customers receive exceptional service and support.

Responsibilities:
Answer incoming calls from customers regarding service inquiries, account issues, and general questions.
Provide accurate information and resolve customer concerns in a professional and timely manner.
Process service requests, account changes, and payments accurately in our internal systems.
Assist customers with setting up new accounts, scheduling services, and providing service updates.
Collaborate with internal departments to escalate and resolve complex customer issues.
Maintain customer records and documentation according to company policies and procedures.
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent
2 years of Previous customer service experience in a call center or similar environment preferred.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and team-oriented environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and experience with CRM software is an asset.
Solid Waste Industry Experience and or related field is preferred.
