CAE USA INC Scheduler (Pilot Trainings) in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates

About This Role

Scheduling Tasks

  • Develop simulator, instructor, classroom & client schedules based on input/reservations received from sales and liaise with Training Managers / Lead Instructors to publish the respective rosters for instructors and customers

  • To be able to handle training department/planning and scheduling tasks in the absence of staff member

Efficient Use of Resources

  • Use discretionary judgment to schedule Instructor and Simulator resources for maximum productivity and advise the Training Managers / Lead Instructors when limitations are encountered

  • Exercise independent judgment in determining and assigning instructor resources to accomplish instructor training, client training, demonstrations, simulator certification and maintenance requirements

  • Maximize the resources – Simulator/Instructors to achieve sales/client growth without compromising legality and quality

Compliance

  • Liaise with departments concerned in making sure that each training event takes place smoothly and as per the NAA approvals & regulations

  • Ensure standardization and implement standard operating procedures across the department

Instructor Training

  • Schedule courses and instructor schedules as per the approved footprints from various NAAs

  • Work with the Training Managers / Lead Instructors to maintain instructor qualifications and authorizations

  • Monitor Instructor/Examiner Qualifications on periodic basis to ensure business continuity

Conflict Management

  • Realign and revise client, instructor & resource schedules based on the changing requirements of the end users & situations.

  • Resolve any arising conflicts between scheduling staff and training delivery team and ensure maximum collaboration.
