All Shifts Available (Eval-Hire):
- Mon- Fri, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm
Salary:
$22.00 hourly
Transportation:
Must have OWN reliable transportation.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 3-5 years medical knowledge and experience as anAccounting Clerk .
- Minimum of 3-5 years recent and related experience with QuickBooks or QuickBooks Pro.
- Analyzed and verified employee expense reports with accuracy, contributing to effective financial management and ensuring proper reimbursement procedures
- Facilitated timely month-end closings by completing precise journal entries, account adjustments, and credit card reconciliations, supporting smooth financial operations
- Provided exceptional customer service by promptly addressing client inquiries on invoices, payments, and account balances, enhancing client satisfaction and rapport
- Processed monthly invoices with consistent accuracy and correct ledger coding, contributing to reliable accounts payable records, Quick Book Knowledge
- Demonstrated adaptability by mastering new software tools and accounting practices, fostering continuous improvement and skill growth
- Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills and a can-do attitude.
- Bachelor's in Accounting is Preferred
Responsibilities:
- Will assist with managing company QuickBook accounts.
- Discover and complete contracts with potential clients.
- Manage all office duties, planning, budgets with owner and financing departments
