EDUCATION SERVICE Quality Assurance Manager in Abilene, Texas
The Workforce Solutions of West Central Texas Board is seeking to hire a Quality Assurance Manager. This is a full-time, regular position. Salary range is $5,333 to $6,000 monthly, depending on experience. Experience in workforce development and the Texas Workforce system is highly desirable. A bachelors degree from an accredited college or university is required.
The primary roles of this position include oversight, monitoring and evaluation to determine compliance of workforce development programs and services operated through subrecipients, contractors and vendors as well as evaluation of effectiveness of system.
The ideal candidate is able to work independently, has excellent time management skills and is able to communicate effectively orally and in writing.
The selected candidate will be employed by Workforce Solutions of West Central Texas, but will perform services for Workforce Solutions Permian Basin under a loaned employee agreement.
The position is eligible for telework, however, the individual must reside in State of Texas with preference for individuals who reside in West Central Texas or Permian Basin workforce development regions.
The selected individual must be able to travel to board offices and/or workforce centers located within both regions periodically, however, most work may be performed off-site.
