Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to work on Data Center Projects The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in estimating for commercial buildings, with the ability to estimate and quote accurately. Experience with Procore is a plus.
Responsibilities
Manage and estimate commercial construction projects.
Prepare and present detailed project estimates and quotations.
Work closely with subcontractors to ensure accurate and timely project execution.
Utilize Procore software for project management and estimation tasks.
Oversee large commercial projects, including data centers, healthcare facilities, educational institutions, and manufacturing plants.
Essential Skills
10+ years of experience in estimating for commercial construction projects.
Strong background in project management and construction management.
Proficiency in estimating and quoting for large commercial projects.
Experience working with subcontractors.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Experience with Procore software is a plus.
Experience in data centers, healthcare, education, manufacturing, or large commercial projects.
Work Environment
The work environment is primarily office-based, with occasional trips to project sites. The company specializes in managing large commercial projects and offers a collaborative and dynamic work environment.{
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $125000.00 - $175000.00/yr.
McGough offers the full range of benefits, from PTO to Holiday pay as well as Per DIem. They also offer 401K and Benefits
