Job Summary: This role will be responsible for leading and supporting CSA Group's enterprise software applications. This includes owning the technical configuration, development and user support. Results are delivered through project work, continuous improvement work and production support. Objective is to ensure our enterprise applications support all business capabilities & requirements needed by CSA Group, and to ensure information is accurate, complete, available and secure. Responsibilities: Understanding the Business Deep subject matter expertise of the enterprise's data systems, services, and technologies. Strong understanding of entire data architecture or technical landscape, including integrations and interdependencies. Strong understanding of business requirements and implements IT Projects for Global strategic data solutions. Participates in architecting data solutions using industry standard concepts. Manages data solution design based on detailed business requirements. Prepares technical specifications and documents that effectively translate requirements into tasks to deliver acceptable business solutions. Provides recommendations on emerging data technologies and assists in planning roadmaps to support new technology. Establishes data development guidelines based on industry best practice, with a strong emphasis on data governance. Protects the enterprise's data assets. Works with third party vendors to ensure efficient consumption of source data Working Well with Others Supports core IT and/or Business Leaders through communication and data solution design for all IT projects. Provides technical guidance and consultation to project and IT team members. May lead and facilitate technical discussions, or process improvement teams, participating in design sessions, and transform requirements into IT data solutions. Communicates expectations well to other team members. Mentors and coaches other IT employees, supporting professional growth. Delivering Results Provides design, configuration, testing, deployment, management, and monitoring of critical data infrastructure, systems, and services, for projects or upgrades, on a global scale. Applies troubleshooting, prioritization, and coordination skills to assign and resolve escalated data issues. Seeks, recommends, and implements process improvement opportunities. Manages multiple data projects simultaneously. Education &Experience Bachelor's degree in Computer Science/Engineering or equivalent, or degree with 10 years of information systems experience. Experience with leading data migration/architecture/design for large projects, such as ERP or CRM implementations.
