Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) - Amergis Healthcare Staffing
Introduction:
We are seeking highly skilled and motivated Board Certified Behavior Analysts to join our dedicated team for the upcoming 2023 - 2024 School Year . In this role, you will provide supervisory oversight, conduct assessments, and develop treatment plans, and train caregivers and school staff. Responsibilities:
Conduct functional behavior and educational assessments to identify challenging behaviors and target pivotal behaviors.
Develop individualized treatment plans using evidence-based behavioral strategies.
Train families, caregivers, and school staff in implementing effective techniques across all environments.
Provide ongoing supervision and training to behavior technicians to ensure treatment integrity and professional growth.
Monitor progress and evaluate treatment effectiveness regularly.
Utilize non-aversive behavior change methods to identify behavior goals and intervention techniques.
Prepare written behavior interventions, strategies, and support plans.
Provide training to behavior technician staff.
Complete reports and necessary paperwork within established time frames.
Perform other assigned duties as necessary.
Qualifications:
Current certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) or Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCBA) supervised by a BCBA, certified by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB).
Preferred experience in providing behavior analytic programs in homes or schools.
Current CPR certification.
Strong commitment to excellence in applied behavior analysis.
Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with supervisors, co-workers, and clients.
Proficiency in the English language may be required.
