Role Overview: As a District Manager for Major Accounts at ADP, you will play a pivotal role in expanding our market presence by introducing our cutting-edge cloud-based HR solutions to large prospects within your assigned territory. Responsibilities :

  • Exceeding revenue and product goals within assigned accounts

  • Creating and executing business plans to boost revenue

  • Identifying new client opportunities through various channels

  • Utilizing CRM tools and market insights to expand market share

  • Enhancing product knowledge and understanding the competitive landscape

Qualifications :

  • 5+ years of successful B2B sales experience

  • Proven track record of surpassing sales quotas and engaging C-Suite clients

  • Excellent communication and persuasion skills

  • Proficiency in CRM systems and industry expertise

  • Team player with strong leadership capabilities

Base salary offers for this position may vary based on factors such as location, skills, and relevant experience. Some positions may include additional compensation in the form of bonus, equity or commissions. The compensation for this role is $69,228.00 - $117,875.00 / Year
