Intel Rebate Analyst in Beijing, China
Job Description
We are currently seeking a dedicated and analytical Operations Analyst with a focus on rebate operations and order management to join our team. This individual will be responsible for the effective management and execution of rebate processes and order management. The ideal candidate will possess a financial background, acute data sensitivity, and the capability to resolve intricate issues. This position is offered on a 2-year contractual basis and requires excellent communication skills and a commitment to data accuracy.
Responsibilities
Conduct detailed analysis and management of rebate operations, ensuring precision and adherence to company guidelines.
Track and report on key performance indicators related to rebate and order management activities.
Collaborate with various stakeholders to drive continuous improvement in processes and systems.
Uphold the highest standards of data accuracy and integrity in all aspects of work.
Engage with stakeholders to address concerns, provide updates, and facilitate issue resolution.
Create and maintain thorough documentation for all relevant procedures and processes.
Execute regular audits to ensure compliance with financial regulations and organizational policies.
Qualifications
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or a related field.
A minimum of 2 years of professional experience in finance or operational roles.
High proficiency in data analysis and the ability to manage complex datasets.
Demonstrated problem-solving skills with meticulous attention to detail.
Strong communication abilities, fluent oral and written English
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel.

Working Model
This role will be eligible for our hybrid work model which allows employees to split their time between working on-site at their assigned Intel site and off-site. In certain circumstances the work model may change to accommodate business needs.
